Education Committee - (Rosie Herrick, Ken Mulligan, Co-Chairs)

ANNOUCEMENT:

The Education Committee would like to thank Stephanie Segall with Singer Wallcovering for her dedication and hardwork to bring IFMA's members quality and informative programs over the past three year as Co-Chair of Education Committee. Stephanie has accepted the position of Secretary to the IFMA Columbus Chapter Board.

The Education Committee is pleased to announce that Ken Mulligan with Commercial Movers as our new Co-Chair of the Education Committee. We are looking forward to Ken's leadership and hardwork in continuing to bring our members quality educational programs.

The Education Committee has scheduled four major events for this year. They are:

• February 27, 7:30-9:30 a.m., site to be determined and announced soon. Round table discussion on Deregulation of Utilities. Employees with American Electric Power and Columbia Gas are expected to provide the latest information on deregulation of these utilities.

• April 24, 7:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., site to be determined. Half-day seminar on the Psychology of Negotiating to Win.

• July 24, 7:30-9:30 a.m., Americans with Disabilities Act, refresher course, round-table discussion, site to be determined.

• September 25, Building Flexibility in the Work Place. Details to be announced later.

Each of these events is offered at no cost to members. However, the committee co-chairs request that persons attending register for each. Registration forms will be available on the Web site.
