Committee ReportsJuly 2001Program Committee (2001 Co-Chairs, Stephanie Patton, Brittany Hauptman)In keeping with a "sponsorship theme," the Program Committee will present its annual Sponsorship/Associate Night to recognize and pay tribute to the companies and individuals for their outstanding support to the chapter during the year. The event will be at 5:30 p.m. August 8 at a site to be determined. Be sure to mark your calendar for this event and check the Web page on a regular basis for all the missing details. Associate Relations (2001 Co-Chairs, Vicki Simons, Dale Schmitz)Chapter members are reminded that July 31 is the deadline for submitting names for sponsor consideration for 2001. Co-Chair Simons reports the chapter is off to a good start in establishing a list of potential sponsors for the coming year; however, the committee wants to make certain that no company or concern is overlooked. Simons predicts a great sponsorship program for next year. Anyone who wishes to recommend a company or concern as a sponsor should contact chapter administrator Debbie McCreary as soon as possible. She may be contacted by phone (614/279-0575), fax (614/362-5184), or by E-mail (dmccreary@iwaynet.net ). She will need the following information: Name and mailing address of the potential sponsor; name of the person there to contact; his/her title, telephone number, fax number, and E-mail address. |
