October 2003 Committee Reports

The Sponsorship Drive for 2004 is underway!  Members should be receiving their sponsorship packets by mail.  Once received, please review the packets and fill out the forms for 2004.  Both Jarrett and Myers stressed that sponsors are critical for the continued success of the chapter, and for helping to underwrite the numerous programs, and events that are offered members.

Myers said, “We have added many new perks for our 2004 sponsors.  There will be more publicity for them and more exposure to the chapter membership.”  She also said there would be additional benefits for those signing on by November.  Sponsorship categories are:

INITIATOR LEVEL--Annual Investment:  $1,000

• Banner listing on IFMA Central Ohio's Web Page with company logo on our home page and a hot link to Sponsor's Web site for six months during the year.
• Listing (with hot link to Sponsor's Web site) on e-mail blast that goes to members for Web site updates three times per month for six months during the year.
• Company profile or story included on Web site for 30 days.
• Recognition at Sponsorship Night with sponsor plaque.
• Free attendance for two at President's Dinner (fall of 2004).
• Included in Web page sponsor listing with hot link to Sponsor's Web site.

FACILITATOR LEVEL--Annual Investment: $500

• Banner listing on IFMA Central Ohio's Web Page with company logo on our home page and a hot link to Sponsor's Web site for three months during he year.
• Listing with hot link to Sponsor's Web site) on e-mail blast that goes to members for Web site updates three times per month for three months during the year.
• Company profile or story included on Web site for 30 days.
• Recognition at Sponsorship Night with framed certificate.
• Free attendance for two at President's Dinner (fall of 2002).
• Included in Web page sponsor listing with hot link to Sponsor's Web site.

MANAGER LEVEL--Annual Investment: $250

• Listing (with hot link to Sponsor's Web site) on e-mail blast that goes to members for Web site updates three times per month for one month during the year.
• Recognition at Sponsorship Night with certificate.
• Included in Web page sponsor listing with hot link to Sponsor's Web site.

ASSOCIATE LEVEL--Annual Investment: $100

• Recognition at Sponsorship Night with certificate.
• Included in Web page sponsor listing with hot link to Sponsor's Web site.
