The Central Ohio Chapter’s Certified Facility Manager preparation roundtable group will meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday, March 22, at the Columbus Trane Facility, Suite 100, 2300 CityGate Dr.
Schmelzer said this month’s session will focus on the finance competency. Greg Adams, controller for Nationwide Corporate Real Estate, and Terry D’Agostino, controller for Ohio Trane, will be the guest “subject matter experts” to lead the discussion and to answer questions.
The committee plans to conduct its sessions on the fourth Wednesday of the month. The April 26 session will feature Ralph Boyd, construction manager for URS Architects and Planners, who will lead the discussion on planning and project management competency.
