Will plan and direct the operation and maintenance of all of GMC’s buildings, utilities and equipment in the most cost effective, safe and reliable manner. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business with 5 years in management within healthcare or related field is required. Must have experience maintaining electrical and mechanical systems and have knowledge of JCAHO regulations and relevant building codes and environmental codes.
