Employers: How To Post Openings

IFMA Central Ohio welcomes submittals from its members and interested non-member parties. These submittals can take the form of articles and internet hyperlinks, job postings, photos, documents, etc. The submitter should follow the guidelines listed below.

Text copy submittals:

• Windows - Can be supplied in MS Word, Corel Wordpefect, Lotus WordPro, RTF, PDF, or ASCII flat file (any version)
• Mac - Must be supplied in .rtf (Rich Text Format) only
• NOTE THAT PDF's WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR JOB POSTINGS

Graphics/Photos submittals:

• For both Windows and Mac
  • For photos, any format will work; however JPG is the preferred format.
  • For clipart, any format will work; however GIF is the preferred format.
  • Webmaster has tools which will allow conversion from nearly any format you submit.

Text content must be in nearly completed state; webmaster is not responsible for supplying content.  Webmaster will only perform formatting and other appearance changes to fit the content within the confines of the web site.  Graphics may be compressed or cropped by the webmaster as needed.

Text and graphics submittals may be e-mailed to the Webmaster as an attachment to the e-mail message.
