David will share insights from planning and designing high-performance, sustainable projects for large public and private clients. He will demonstrate the value proposition of "Going Green", including reduced energy costs, increased property values and enhanced productivity of building occupants. Case studies of real projects will be shared, including the Franklin County Courthouse.
