IFMA Central Ohio Professional Members Rewards Program

What Is It?

Professional Members participate in local Chapter Events and earn points to qualify for credits toward Professional Development. Qualifying events are Building Tours, Program Meetings, Green Group, Social Events , IFMA Central Ohio Team Building Community Service Initiatives, and Recruit Professional Members. Sign in at each event and earn points. It’s that easy!

Starts August 1, 2011 through July 31, 2012.
Attend and participate in as many IFMA Central Ohio Events as possible.

Qualifying Events Include:

Green Group – 1 Point
Program Meeting – 1 Point
Building Tour – 1 Point
Participate in Social Events – 1 Point. (Social Events include items such as, Golf Outing, Clippers Event, OSU Hockey, IFMA Team Building Community Service Initiatives, and Presidents Luncheon)
Recruitment of other Professional Members – 2 Points (For each Professional Member that joins IFMA Central Ohio based on referral from an existing Professional Member. The new member must name the Professional Member on registration.)

The Professional Members with the most points on July 31, 2012 will qualify for Grand Prize, First Prize and/or Second Prizes.

Prizes:

(1) Grand Prize – Credit for Professional Development in the amount of $500 to be applied to one of the following options; IFMA Regional Conference, IFMA World WorkPlace, other IFMA sponsored events, tuition to one IFMA Central Ohio Education Partners , apply to educational/training materials for LEED, Facility Management Professional (FMP), Sustainability Facility Professional (SFP), Certified Facility Manager (CFM), IFMA Council Membership and/or IFMA Membership dues with Central Ohio Chapter.
(1) First Prize – Credit for Professional Development in the amount of $200 to be applied to one of the following options; IFMA Regional Conference, IFMA World WorkPlace, other IFMA sponsored events, tuition to one IFMA Central Ohio Education Partners , apply to educational/training materials for LEED, Facility Management Professional (FMP), Sustainability Facility Professional (SFP), Certified Facility Manager (CFM), IFMA Council Membership and/or IFMA Membership dues with Central Ohio Chapter.
(3) Second Prizes – Credit for Professional Development in the amount of $100 to be applied to one of the following options; IFMA Regional Conference, IFMA World WorkPlace, other IFMA sponsored events, tuition to one IFMA Central Ohio Education Partners , apply to educational/training materials for LEED, Facility Management Professional (FMP), Sustainability Facility Professional (SFP), Certified Facility Manager (CFM), IFMA Council Membership and/or IFMA Membership dues with Central Ohio Chapter.

Rules and Regulations

This Program is for Professional IFMA Central Ohio Members only.
Professional Members must sign in at the IFMA Central Ohio Events in order to receive points (no exceptions).
In order to earn points or receive rewards, the Professional Member must be a paid member of IFMA Central Ohio.
Points to be redeemed for established prizes only (no exceptions).
Prizes will be awarded to individuals with the most points earned during designated time period. Please refer to prizes for details.
A Professional Member must earn at least 6 points during designated period in order to qualify for the Grand Prize, First Prize and/or Second Prizes.
Points may not be transferred to other members and points will expire on July 31, 2012.
